Its special structural design helps extend its service life and facilitates installation, maintenance, and replacement.
In theory, dust bearings do not serve a transmission function and may even affect transmission. Therefore, ensuring good lubrication on high-speed shaft bearings is essential.

Dust bearings are specialized components used in electrostatic precipitators, primarily to secure the rapping shaft, prevent deviation and vibration, and ensure smooth rotation. Additionally, during rapping, they can expel dust that has entered the shaft hole outward with the rotation of the shaft, thereby improving the working environment of the rapping shaft.
Structure of Dust Bearings
Dust bearings consist of the following parts:
Support Roller Shaft: Features a narrow section in the middle, with retaining ring grooves and cotter pin holes at both ends.
Support Roller: Cylindrical in shape, fits with the support roller shaft with clearance, and has grooves that match the sealing sleeve.
Sealing Sleeve: Used to prevent dust from entering the bearing interior.
Base: The base plate is rectangular, with fixed bolt holes at both ends and a rectangular hole in the middle for discharging dust. The side walls are symmetrical, with features such as inclined slots, locking sleeve holes, and pin shaft installation holes.
Other Accessories: Include shims, locking sleeves, cotter pins, pin shafts, retaining rings, and protective covers.
